As you embark on this journey of love and commitment, I am here to help you create a wedding ceremony that is as unique and special as your bond. As a wedding celebrant, I bring a blend of warmth, joy, and sincerity to every ceremony – and a bit of fun if that’s your style too!

From personalised vows to symbolic rituals, or even fancy dress, we’ll ensure that your wedding ceremony is a true reflection of your personalities, values, and dreams for the future. We can fill your special ceremony with love, laughter and heartfelt moments and include any elements you see fit for your day.

What happens when you contact me?

First off, we’ll have a chat – absolutely free and with no obligation - to see if I am right for you. This will be online at a time that fits in with you. We’ll talk about how you picture your ceremony looking, what elements you’d like including and perhaps spark some inspiration with some new ideas. Remember, you can make it as fun and joyous as you like, as simple or extravagant as you see fit - there’s no limits to this, it’s your special day!

If you want to go ahead and book me, I will take a deposit to 'save the date'. Around 5 months before your ceremony I’ll give you a fun questionnaire to tell me more of your story. We’ll then arrange to meet over a coffee, wine or even a breakfast bap (not all at the same time), or go ‘virtual’ and get to know each other a bit more. All this detail will form the basis of your wedding ceremony script.

You will be provided with a copy before your day, and we’ll work together to make sure it is absolutely perfect. We will keep in touch throughout the process of getting to your special day and nothing is completely signed off until you are 100% happy. 

Symbolic rituals

There are numerous ways to ‘tie the knot’ and we can include anything you would like. I can make suggestions or point you in the right direction for ideas you may want to include in your ceremony. We’ll talk all about it and see what fits for you.

Readings 

There’s a world of words out there and if you would like to have some readings but aren’t quite sure which, I can help. Let me know, and I will source some readings for either you or your special guests to speak. I'm happy to help calm nerves too, particularly if you have young people reading. 

Writing vows

If writing doesn’t come naturally, or you just have a blank with everything going on, I can be on hand to support and guide you with writing your vows. 

Can we have a run through?

Rehearsals are not always possible to have prior to your wedding. But, I can be on hand to run through the schedule and where people need to be, and when, on the day so everything runs smoothly (there may be an additional charge for this). 

When can we contact you?

You can contact me whenever you need, be that by email, whatsapp or phone call. Ask me any questions or tell me any new ideas you may have had.

Naming ceremonies are an alternative to religious christenings or baptisms and allow you to welcome your little one into the world in a heartfelt and unique way.

We can personalise each ceremony with meaningful elements, include family and friends, introduce your child’s ‘support circle’, and proudly announce your child’s name. 

Or perhaps you have decided to change your own name - naming ceremonies can be just as much for you too. Either way, I will work with you to create a ceremony full of love and meaning that will look to the future, whilst acknowledging the foundations.

Guardians

We can most definitely incorporate friends and family members in to the ceremony and if you have a special group of people who you would like to make 'guardians' or 'life guides' for your child then let me know and we can include announcing their extra special roles.

In times of loss and remembrance, organising a funeral or celebration of life ceremony can seem a bit overwhelming. I am here to offer a comforting, sincere and empathetic touch to honour your loved one and tailor a ceremony that reflects their life. I’ll help you through the process of putting together a unique remembrance of the person and will be there through every step.

We can chat about how the service will look, music to be played, readings to be made and any other elements you would like to include. I can help provide appropriate words and readings or have a quick look over your own compositions.

Although I provide an alternative to a religious service, if you would like to include religious elements, such as a favourite hymn or reading, we can do so. Equally, if you would like to include humour, alternative songs, music and dress codes, this is absolutely fine too.  In fact, the ceremony can look any way you want, to uniquely remember your loved one.
